All inspections and re-inspections were done with an expertise and knowledge base that clearly spans decades of experience, with older homes it's very important that inspectors possess this knowledge base especially for electrical systems, cooling systems and structures. Not to say that the Budge Home Inspectors knowledge base is limited to the older constructed homes, however these are the type of homes I purchase for my wife and I do not like the cookie cutter type of homes being produced by the builders today, we prefer homes which are unique and have character in older neighborhoods.
